The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) offers essential dental services to Canadians without dental benefits. The program targets households with an annual income of less than $90,000.  Participants must apply and qualify before treatment. For more information, visit the Government of Canada CDCP webpage.

After you apply and are approved you will receive a welcome package from Sunlife (the CDCP plan administrator). Once you have your welcome package you can contact us to discuss your treatment needs, determine the coverages and book an appointment.
